Bank Vath is a media innovator and programme and media associate lead of Media4Impact-Prosob Initiative, Impact Hub Phnom Penh, where he drives initiatives that help content creators and journalists build resilient, inclusive media. His work focuses on equipping emerging voices with tools in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and media and information literacy (MIL) to create impactful content that challenges disinformation and strengthens civic engagement. Over the past years, he has managed accelerators, incubators and training programmes supporting Cambodia’s growing media ecosystem, while fostering networks of collaboration between creators, journalists and civil society.
