Andrea Liebman

Andrea Liebman is a Senior Analyst at the Swedish Psychological Defence Agency (MPF), specialising in social media, the digital platform landscape and strategic communications. She advises on threats linked to foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI), focusing on how digital technologies shape democratic resilience and national security. Andrea Liebman also serves as an official spokesperson, representing the agency in national and international media and many other forums. She has advised governments and civil society in Eastern Europe, notably Moldova and Romania, and she engages in EU-level initiatives to strengthen resilience against hostile information influence. With more than a decade of international experience, Andrea Liebman has also worked with the United Nations, International IDEA and the Swedish Institute of International Affairs.
